To support sustainability and offer unique designs, we operate on a made-to-order (Print on Demand) model. This means your books and apparel are custom-manufactured especially for you the moment you place an order.
1. Production and Processing Times Books: Printing and binding take 3 to 5 business days before being handed over to the carrier.

Apparel: Tailoring, printing, and quality inspection take 3 to 5 business days.

Please note:

1.Orders are not processed, printed, or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (Transit) Once your custom product is manufactured, the estimated delivery times are as follows:United States (Domestic): 4 to 7 business days for standard delivery.International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination country, customs clearance speed, and local postal services.

3. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)Because your books are fulfilled by Lulu Direct and your apparel is crafted by Tapstitch, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). If you are an EU customer, VAT obligations may vary — please consult applicable regulations or seek independent advice. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping charges will not be refunded.

5. Order TrackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number once your order has left the manufacturing facility. Tracking information usually updates within 24 to 48 hours.
